We are really excited about seeing you soon and are looking forward to being able to finally reopen the salon doors! When we reopen you will still receive the same high quality service but certain things will be different. Upon visiting our salon, we will expect you to:


  • Come alone to your appointments unless you are supervising children for their haircuts or require assistance


  • Arrive on time to your appointment so as to not cause congestion in our waiting area and to help us maintain our social distancing measures. We will not let you in salon if we have to many in at once andyour be asked to wait outside until your appointment time.



  • We will not be allowing any walk ins so please book in advanced


  • We will only allow 4 clients in salon at one time


  • Wash your hands upon entering the salon where signs tell you to. Hand sanitizer will be available on reception and throughout the salon for you to use throughout your visit.



  • Whilst in our salon you will be required to wear a cloth covering/mask we will be supplying these on arrival and you will be turned away if you don’t want to wear one.


  • Pay by card – unless you absolutely cannot



  • You will be asked to place all personal belongings in a plastic box and please try not to use your phones while in salon


  • We will only be serving water in disposable cups until we feel its safe to start offering other drinks you may bring your own.



  • The toilet is for staff only unless your desperate

  • We may be restricted to what treatments/services we can offer please be kind as we are having to go by government guidelines

  • We will not be offering any treatment that takes less then 20 min’s this is so we can efficiently keep appointments flowing and use our time wisely (these include lip, eyebrow, chin waxing can not be booked as one service they must be grouped together i.e lip chin and eyebrow wax all in one appointment .

  • Some services may require a new skin test before your appointment.

  • You may notice a small fee added to your service this is a fee to help cover the extra measures we have to do to ensure we are all safe.

Please also note that:

If you are feeling unwell with a high temperature sore throat, cough  or you are living with someone who has symptoms of coronavirus, then will we reschedule your appointment for a later date, taking into consideration that it can take up to 14 days for symptoms to start to appear.

We will be carrying out social distancing measures and extra cleaning schedules throughout the day, so please be patient with us whilst we deal with the added measures that we need to put in place to keep you and our team safe.

There will be a small form that you will need to fill out when you are in salon for our insurence policy
